CANCELLATION

You can cancel your REFUNDABLE reservation up to 12:00, 30 days before arrival without any penalty.

LAST MINUTE rates are non-cancellable and non-refundable. The entire stay will be charged.

In the case of NO SHOW or EARLY DEPARTURE, the entire stay will be charged.

You can cancel extra services up to 30 days before arrival without any penalty.

DAMAGE TO THE STRUCTURE

For damage caused at the Sant'Egle farmhouse, the customer is required to compensate Agriturismo Sant'Egle s.s. through cash payment or through the credit card left as a guarantee, of a sum of money that is sufficient to allow its restoration to its original state and, that is, to cover the expenses necessary to restore the place to the state it was in at the time of the conclusion of the hotel contract.

In the event that the customer refuses to pay for the damage, he will be reported for the crime of simple damage pursuant to art. 635 of the civil code with an administrative sanction against the responsible party ranging from 100 euros to 8,000 euros in fines.

THEFT IN THE STRUCTURE

In the event that any type of object is stolen inside the room and the structure, the customer is required to return it or it will be considered a theft in all respects, with a crime punishable by imprisonment from six months to three years and a fine from 154 euros to 516 euros.

ANIMALS

ONLY in the Rustica and Piccioni suites you can bring your dog ONLY if you respect these common sense rules:

you must inform us before booking

all our animals live free, so if you want to bring your dog, it must ALWAYS be on a leash

you must pick up its excrement everywhere and manage its disposal yourself

you must NEVER leave your dog alone in the room

you must not disturb other guests by yelling and whistling to call it

it must not disturb guests during their entire stay

you must pay €50 for extra cleaning

anything that is ruined, you must pay for cleaning, restoration or repurchase
