The good, sustainable practices that you will find in place in each suite are based upon: the restoration and construction of housing with eco-friendly materials, low-consumption LED lighting, timed electronic switches, a lack of complimentary toiletry bottles (replaced instead by soap, shampoo and shower gel dispensers, filled with organic products), reduced flushing in every toilet basin, free drinking water, the sensitization of water consumption, recycling bins, recharging ports for electric vehicles, zero plastic in any products used (such as washing machines, mattresses, pillows, and natural-fibre bedsheets), solar heating, and pellet stoves with certified recycled wood.
FOR YOUR SAFETY
The entire property will be cleaned using an Ozone Machine, which kills any viruses, bacteria or insects, disinfecting the surfaces with 0.5% sodium hypochlorite and clean with EM (Effective Microorganisms), which are 100% biodegradable.

All our accommodations are equipped with:
a table with chairs to eat your meals, a bathroom and private entrance, a courtesy kit made with organic company extra virgin olive oil, a hairdryer, a safe, a thermostat connected to external sensors that allow you not to waste energy, hypoallergenic mattresses and pillows with hemp lining with organic spelt husks inside, wool blankets, wi fi ONLY in the common areas and in the pool, a fan, a passive music speaker and a dedicated area to prepare your breakfast with a kettle, coffee machine and fridge.
Attention! Breakfast is not included but you can order your sweet and savory shopping on our Bio_Shop, before your arrival. Requests upon arrival cannot be satisfied because everything is made express, bread and cakes included!

You can choose from the many restaurants in the area, from starred to popular trattorias.
Alternatively, we offer you an exclusive dinner under the stars, around our BBQ (vegetarian or with meat).
You can also do your shopping in our Bio_Shop or in the nearby markets and supermarkets and eat at the farmhouse in complete freedom.
You will find snacks, cheeses, cured meats, cold and hot drinks, wines and beers, at the Osteria Senza Oste in our lemon house, next to the pool. Open 24 hours a day.
Sometimes we have convivial dinners around the large BBQ or the Pizza oven. We will be happy to invite you!
