STRUCTURE DAMAGE

For the damage caused to the Sant'Egle farmhouse, the customer is required to compensate Agriturismo Sant'Egle s.s. through the payment in cash or through the credit card left as guarantee, of a sum of money that is such as to allow its reduction to its original state and, that is, to support the expenses necessary to restore the place to the state it was in at the time of the conclusion of the hotel contract. In the event that the customer refuses to pay for the damage, he will be reported for the crime of simple damage pursuant to article 635 of the civil code. with an administrative sanction against the person responsible ranging from 100 euros to 8,000 euros in fine.

THEFT IN THE STRUCTURE

In the event that any type of object is stolen inside the room and the structure, the customer is required to return it or it will be considered to all intents and purposes a theft, with a crime punishable by imprisonment from six months to three years and with the fine from 154 euros to 516 euros.
